OUR PROMISE
Since Lost & Found online store has just started out, stock is limited to less than 10 pieces each. Handled by a one-woman team on as a part-time hobby, please do not expect instant deliveries.

The quality of products are medium to good and appear as they are in photos, colours may vary depending on the monitors viewed on. Colour, material and workmanship are guaranteed good. Should there be any flaws of a certain product, it will be disclosed to interested buyers through email.

DELIVERY
- To commemorate our launch, all deliveries of Lost & Found products are FREE
- Details of delivery will be stated in email to buyers

RETURN POLICIES
All sales are final sales.

We do not accept return of products if:
1. Buyer has a change of mind
2. Finds that it does not fit as detailed descriptions and measurements have been provided as guidelines


However, there are a few allowances for return:
1. Gross mistake/mix-up of product on our part
2. Failure to detect product damage before delivering (proof with photos are strongly recommended)
3. Postage costs for returns are non-refundable
4. Should you qualify for returns, it should be made within seven days after receiving the product
